Nailsea Secure Top Spot With Important Victory Over UWE. 55 - 42

In one of the most eagerly anticipated games of the season so far, Nailsea Basketball travelled to Frenchay campus for the all-important rematch against UWE. With UWE hot on the heals of Nailsea in Division 3, either team could secure the top spot more convincingly with a win in this game. Nailsea came out victorious with some tough and gritty zone defense holding the UWE team to only 42 points. Inside power from Jon Moore and Nick Oldfield combined with outside shooting from coach, Jason Boulton to help carry the Nailsea team to the win.
